Namaste Neighbors!
Please join me Jenn for a gentle and relaxing Meditation and Yoga experience by Candlelight. I hope you can join us, feel free to message me with any questions.
What to expect:
1. Cost: Donations
2. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, open heart, and any accesories to make your experience comfortable
3. Location: VR HOA Clubhouse from 5 - 5:45PM
4. We will begin wiht breathwork to calm our mind and bodies and end with gentle movements
